New Hire Check-Ins

New Hire Check-In evaluates the orientation and onboarding process, and provides a feedback mechanism for new employees. It identifies an organization’s strengths and areas for improvement. The resulting report helps prioritize plans to make improvements through a partnership between management and staff.

 

THE PROGRAM

  • Surveys assess employees’ expectations of the organization, their work, their manager, the work environment, and compensation and benefits. Check-in time will vary with each organization, but most occur within 60 days. Survey results alert the organization to concerns and needs of new employees in order to make them more successful in their position.
